Returns Policy

We are unable to accept any food packages that have been opened. If packaging has been damaged during shipment, please call for refund assistance.

Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product in question. 


We ship to virtually any address in the continental US and to Canada. We also ship internationally to Europe, Australia and South America. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method possible for your products. 

If any products are out of stock, we will notify you and ship as soon as more becomes available. The freeze drying process can take up to 30-50 hours per product. There could be delays if all our freeze dryers are in use at the time your order was placed.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending upon the shipping provider you choose,.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

In the event that our shopping cart overestimates the shipping rate for your order, we will notify you that a refund for those overcharges will be implemented.
